Merry Christmas!

So as my last blog post, I thought it appropriate to share a Christmas craft, seeing that the holiday break is undoubtedly the first thing on EVERYONE'S minds! Since finals are right around the corner, and I'm already a day late with this blog post, I'm going to do something quick and easy!

Something that always looks pretty during the holidays (to me at least) is a beautiful wreath! I'm going to get right down to it...

All you need:

  • A coat hanger
  • A glue gun and glue sticks
  • Some ball ornaments (you can buy them at the Dollarama)
  • A piece of thick ribbon
For a total project price of $7.00. This project is really cheap and it's really simple!

Step 1: Take your coat hanger and bend it into the form of a circle

Step 2: Secure the metal cap to the ornament with hot glue. This is to make sure that the cap remains attached to the ornament as you string them on to the hanger.

Step 3: Untwist the end of the hanger and string the ornaments on, one at a time.

Step 4: Use the hook of the hanger to secure the wreath to a door, and then cover the hook with the ribbon of your choice.

And voila! You have your self a beautiful and inexpensive wreath!

Happy Holidays!
